Mutual Aid – Winchester Structure Fire Union Fire Company was alerted in the early morning hours of September 23, 2010 as mutual aid to the Winchester Fire Company for the report of smoke coming from a house in the 200-block of Indian Church Rd. Winchester First Assistant Chief Tim Eberle reported fire conditions in a 2-story frame structure, Winchester and mutual aid company Seneca Hose deployed lines and crews to knock down the fire, ventilation and search for extension.
